Canadian orders, depending on location, shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail International. Recently some locations in Canada using UPS Ground, have lower shipping rates than the postal service. We will use the lowest rates available at time of shipping. Overseas orders are shipped via US Postal Service, Priority Mail International, we find this is the most affordable, and many orders have a delivery time of 6-10 business days, depending on country and local.

We do offer UPS Next Day Air, 2-Day Air, and 3-Day Select delivery. Please be aware UPS Next Day Air can be quite costly, with rising fuel costs, shipments can cost an average of $50.00-$60.00 or higher for this service depending on your location. Should you require faster delivery, please include this request in the additional comments section of the order process, and we will check pricing and delivery time.

METHODS OF PAYMENT- We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, checks, or money orders in U.S. dollars, payable to Premier Designs. $25.00 Service Fee on all returned checks. PO BOXES shipped U.S. Postal Service. Orders will not be processed without shipping & handling included.
